1. What we collect

Account details from your identity provider (name, email) via INxDI IAM, the documents and content you create, and usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the writing tools, save and version your work, enforce plan limits, secure your account, and improve the Service. AI generations are processed to return results to you.

3. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by OIDC single sign-on and audit logging. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plaintext.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the Service (e.g. identity, billing, and model providers) under appropriate safeguards.

5. Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data. Documents use soft-deletion and can be recovered before permanent removal per our retention policy.
