1. Agreement

By accessing or using WriterDex (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

Authentication is provided via INxDI IAM. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including generating unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through INxDI Billing. Fees, limits, and features are described on the Pricing page and at checkout. Plans may be changed or cancelled per the billing terms.

5. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. storing and processing your documents to provide features).

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
